About
Hamish holds a Bachelor of Counselling from the University of Notre Dame, Fremantle, and his approach is informed by Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Compassion Focused Therapies, and mindfulness-based practices.
Hamish works with both adults and young people from diverse backgrounds, gender expressions and life experiences, and aims to build a client-centred, therapeutic relationship upon trust, honesty, commitment and compassion.

Sessions are offered at the fixed rate of $135 for individuals and $160 for couples, to ensure affordable and accessible therapeutic care is available to you. Sessions run for 50 minutes and are held either in-person or online via a secure video conferencing platform, Monday to Friday, at a time that is convenient for you.
